This is made from one propane tank, one hot water heater tank, several sizes of metal plumbing pipe, the sheet metal encasing the hot water heater tank, a large metal tray, two rake heads, several types of bolts (hand, finger and drum parts) and scrap 2 inch square metal tubing. This is the Different Drummer of The Different Drummer and the Recycle Band for the Grand Re-Opening of the Carmichael Public Library on September 17, 2006 and is meant to hold signs advertising the library as well as call attention to those signs.
